image240x180.jpgChicago finally issued their first mobile food preparer's license. Dan Salls' Salsa Truck is the inaugural issuant, six months after City Council passed the new food truck ordinance. Commissioner Rosemary Krimbel of the Department of Business Affairs calls it a "watershed moment," while Salls says he's been warned to "keep your game up." Hopefully it's the first of many.
