Top Chef Master Patricia Yeo Joining Big Bowl

In July, word broke that Top Chef Master Patricia Yeo was leaving Boston for Chicago to take a "corporate chef" position. Today, word broke that that position is with Lettuce Entertain You, specifically Big Bowl. Yeo will assist in consulting and expanding the casual Chinese/Thai chain, including into O'Hare, plus work on a new Asian barbecue concept. Big Bowl currently has four locations in the Chicago area.

Besides Top Chef Masters, where she made it to the final four, Yeo has worked in and helped launch restaurants in Boston, San Francisco, and New York with Bobby Flay. She also has a PBS cooking show and an Asian-street food cookbook in the works. First up, the Windy City.
