Matt Fisher, partner at The Boarding House and Bistronomic, is moving into the old Hamilton's space in Edgewater. Fisher is opening 63 Bar and Grill, an upscale joint for neighborhood folk and Loyola students alike. Word broke in October that Hamilton's was closing, a Loyola hangout for 80 years. [Dish]
