Should you bring your own wine to a restaurant? That's a question being addressed over at Eater National as they delve into corkage culture around the country. Wine editor Talia Baiocchi tapped Henri's Shebnem Ince and Nellcôte's Jason Wagner about Chicago. "You should not bring your own bottles into 3- and 4-star restaurants," said Ince, who thinks charging $10 to $25 is OK. Wagner, on the flip side, charges a $45 corkage at Nellcôte. "I've had people bring in grocery store wines, which is why I raised my corkage fee." [~E~]
