The new cafe next to Pastoral is gearing up to open next month and Chicagoist has all the details. The wine list will include 16 wines by the glass priced at $10 each and feature a range of different styles from light to full-bodied. Chef Chrissy Camba, a contestant on the upcoming season of Top Chef, will be in charge of the food and plans to highlight cheeses to complement the wine. There'll also be charcuterie, sandwiches and other entree options as well as a beer and cocktail menu. [Chicagoist]
