There will be plenty of good stuff to eat this weekend at Chicago Gourmet but you won't want to miss out on The Purple Pig's pig roast. Chef Jimmy Bannos will be serving up his famous roasted pork with Spanish salsa verde by cooking up ten, 100 lb. pigs throughout the weekend.
