Ever wonder what it takes to move a restaurant across the country? Grant Achatz tweeted out a photo Sunday evening of the Alinea team packing up a U-Haul to prepare for their collaboration dinner with Eleven Madison Park. So what did it take? "Big Uhaul, dedicated staff, 4 bails of hay, tons of work," according to Achatz. And it looks like the team drove through the night, because they're already unpacked and ready to get to work in New York.
