If it's the end of summer, that can only mean Flipside Cafe is coming back. The seasonal pop-up, housed at Miko's Italian Ice (1846 N. Damen), will return in early October with the staple grilled cheese and Valhrona chocolate cake. But watch for new dishes from first-time chef (and Big Star bartender) Alfredo Nogueira, who is said to be working on some comforting dishes like a meat pie. [TOC]
