Graham Elliot has settled a lawsuit brought against him by a group of former employees. The two sides apparently came to an agreement of a sum that Elliot would pay out; the court reportedly signed off on the settlement and closed the case.
To recap, Elliot was sued back in March by former server Gregory Curtis, who claimed the MasterChef made servers pool tips and share the money with employees who normally wouldn't receive tips. The suit (posted in full on Eater National) also alleged that servers weren't paid a fair minimum wage. Now Elliot will pay the former employees an undisclosed amount to settle the suit. When Eater reached out, Elliot had no comment on the matter.
