While tickets are not yet available, you can register now at the 21st Century Limited website for an attempt at getting tickets to the Alinea/Eleven Madison Park dinner series set to take place in the coming weeks.
Previously, all that was known was that the two restaurants will swap kitchens to cook at each other's spots. Now, they have revealed that Alinea will head to New York and take over the EMP kitchen between Sept. 26 and 30 and then EMP will come to Chicago and set up in Alinea from Oct. 10 to 14. If you are ready to spend $495 a head on dinner (includes reserve wine pairings; does not include 20 percent tip and tax), go enter your information and credit card (not kept on file) so you'll have a better chance at snagging a coveted spot when they release the tickets.
