La Sirena Clandestina is getting closer to becoming a reality. Well, a reality for the general public since chef/owner John Manion has been living it for months. Manion tells Eater they're hoping to open softly at the end of the month. The interior and menus should be nearly complete by later next week and mixologist Justin Anderson's cocktail menu is essentially set. As far as a specific date, Manion is being cautious about setting one in stone yet.
