What goes into designing a meal? Daniel Boulud and Stephanie Izard recently got together for a chat to talk about what inspires them, how they come up with new menus and what they do to keep things fresh. Boulud said inspiration comes from who he is cooking for, while Izard likes to explore new types of cuisine as she doesn't "like making the same things over and over."
