Chicago's food scene rivals any in the U.S. At least Washington Post food critic Tom Sietsema thinks so. In a recent travel piece, Sietsema heralds "lofty chefs turning their attention to casual but thoughtful enterprises." Specifically Sietsema hit Yusho, Publican Quality Meats and Trenchermen and said he "ate and drank for 48 (mostly) blissful hours." [Washington Post] (photo: Katrina Wittkamp)
