Polka Sausage & Deli has finally moved into its new digs. The South Side institution, which has been around since 1945, opened up at 2401 N. Clybourn and here's a great inside look at it. Owner Dan George said they've used the same sausage recipes for nearly 70 years, but they've introduced some new items like a spicy chicken sah-sage.
