Last week Baume & Brix nabbed former Moto/iNG chefs Ben Roche and Nate Park to run the kitchen, and on August 13 they are previewing some of their menu to the public at Epic (which Baume & Brix partner Steve Tavoso also owns) before the restaurant opens in September. The global inspired menu will feature an array of small, large and sweet plates that showcase both savory and sweet elements.
In addition to the menu samplings, beverage director Mario Catayong Jr. will serve up cocktails to complement the dishes. If you want to check it out head to Epic on Monday night from 6 to 8 p.m. but RSVP here first to make sure you snag a spot.
