It has only been six months since Publican Quality Meats opened, but Paul Kahan is at it again, this time with a restaurant in the unlikely location of the Gold Coast. Crain's divulged this morning that Kahan's One Off Hospitality Group reached an agreement to open a restaurant occupying the current Whiskey Bar & Grill space within the Sutton Place hotel. It is unclear if the Whiskey Bar will relocate.
The hotel restaurant will likely offer three meals a day and be responsible for room service and hotel events as well, something Kahan and his partners haven't done before.
It'll be interesting to see what concept they come up with for the hotel. Knowing Kahan, it's bound to be something unique. Maybe it will even change the image of the Viagra Triangle? Stay Tuned.
