Efrain Cuevas in LA

New, 4 comments

Efrain-Cuevas-083012.jpgAfter years of wowing diners with his underground dinners, Efrain Cuevas has come above ground. Unfortunately for Chicago, the Clandestino chef has headed out to LA. On Sept. 16, Cuevas will open 3Dog Cantina, a 220-seat, 6,000 square-foot Mexican spot as chef de cuisine. Fortunately for Angelenos, he'll eventually do farm-to-table dinners for small groups so at least he's not leaving his roots too far behind. [NRN]
