Chris Jones is on the move. And he's heading away from Chicago. The former Moto exec chef, who left the restaurant to take off some time following his stint on Top Chef, is packing up the family and heading to California. Jones has taken a gig as the director of culinary innovation for Hampton Creek Foods and Beyond Eggs in San Francisco.
