Rick Bayless visited Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night to promote his upcoming book, Frontera: Margaritas, Guacamoles and Snacks, which comes out in October, but is currently available for pre-order on Amazon. After saying some of the country's best Mexican food comes from Chicago, Kimmel asked Bayless, "Your English is very good. What part of Mexico are you from?" The banter continued from there, which drew in guest Thomas Haden Church.

The trio prepared grilled tuna marinated in an heirloom tomato salsa made with a fresh roasted garlic and serrano chile marinade, which Bayless had the guys try. Needless to say it had some heat. "I feel like I've been duped," Kimmel said after tasting the spicy sauce. "Yet I want more." Get more yourself and go watch the video clips.
