With a new law in place in Chicago, more food trucks may soon hit the road. Since the law passed, 34 vendors have applied for food truck licenses. Of that, 27 want the ability to cook on board with the remainder only looking to sell food prepared at an off-site facility. The issue of where to park still exists so hopefully the city will loosen those restrictions as the streets get more crowded. [NBC Chicago] (photo)
