Following a successful opening last month , The Trenchermen will launch brunch on August 26. The brunch menu, served on Sundays only, will feature creative dishes like pig skin noodle lobster pad thai; a sauerkraut bagel with mustard cream cheese and smoked fish; and duck confit hash.
To complement the meal, beverage director Tona Palomino will debut a handful of playful cocktails like the Better than Advil with tequila, cucumber, jardiniere; and the Funky Chicken with Mexican lollipop rye, lemon jam, and Gumball Head. Too early for the hard stuff? The Trenchermen will also have La Colombe's Pure Black iced coffee on tap.
Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sundays. Reservations are encouraged.
