Curtis Duffy debuted dishes he'll likely have on the menu at Grace. Granted it was at a dinner in Toronto, but the photos are stunning and, frankly, should get you excited for what Duffy will introduce to Chicago this fall at his 80-seat West Loop spot. The former Avenues chef traveled to Colborne Lane and prepared two multi-course dinners with chef Claudio Aprile last week.
