GE-070212.jpgGraham Elliot is getting inducted into the Chicago Chefs Hall of Fame. The chef has already earned a Michelin star for his namesake restaurant, was the youngest four-star chef (at the time) at Avenues and has been nominated for a James Beard award three times. The ceremony will take place on Sept. 19 at the Chicago Hilton Towers, where pastry chef Jacquy Pfeiffer (The French Pastry School) will also be inducted. Elliot joins Charlie Trotter, Rick Bayless, Carrie Nahabedian, Jimmy Bannos, Priscila Satkoff and Art Smith, who have all previously been inducted. [EaterWire]
