LINCOLN PARK—Goose Island brewer Jared Rouben and Amanda Rockman, the pastry chef for Balena, have collaborated on Amaro Amo (a.k.a. Bitter Love), a Belgian-style Dubbel inspired by bitters. SOMEWHEREDiner en Blanc, the dinner party shrouded in all white, will once again hit Chicago. The name has been changed to Chicago in White due to a trademark issue and will take place Aug. 25. Tickets will likely go fast. [Chicagoist]
