Last night, Laurent Gras joined his L20 protege, Thai Dang, to preview Embeya, Dang's Asian-inspired restaurant. The multi-course dinner at Tenzing Wine & Spirits highlighted what you can expect in about six weeks when it opens: dishes with incredibly clean and bold flavors, exotic ingredients, traditional platings and more. The cocktails were seasonal and refreshing, with cured rhubarb and cherry dust. And the wine, which will focus on Riesling, pairs beautifully.
