The J. Parker Continues Destinations Reveal with Spain

It's still a few weeks before the Boka Restaurant Group opens The J. Parker, the new rooftop lounge on top of the Hotel Lincoln, but Perennial Virant's beverage director, Erin Hayes, is teasing things a bit. Last week, Hayes announced her quarterly changing destination-themed cocktail program and revealed the first destination of Mexico.

To keep things rolling in a Latin direction, Hayes let loose that the second of the three themes will be Spain. For that segment of the cocktail list, which Hayes said evokes the idea of vacation and escape, she's adding three more drinks.

Hayes will beef up the list with a trio of sangria to refresh on the roof on a hot summer night. The drinks include red sangria (Tinto Mencia, Cointreau, Pimm’s No. 1, Combier Fruits Rouge and diced orange garnish), white sangria (Albariño wine, Combier Peche de Vigne, pear liqeur, fresh lemon juice and diced green grape garnish) and rosé sangria (Luminous Rosé, Lillet Rose, St. Germain Elderflower, strawberry juice and fresh strawberry slices garnish). With temps like they are this week, too bad J. Parker isn't already open. Could use one of these drinks to cool off.
