Yusho Introducing Sunday Ramen Brunch This Weekend

Think Takashi or Slurping Turtle are the only upscale spots in town to get some great ramen on Sunday? Think again. Starting this weekend, on Father's Day, chef/owner Matthias Merges will introduce Sunday Noodles at Yusho.

Hit the chic Logan Square eatery between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m., drop $20 and get a three-course noodle-driven meal. You get to choose from five different noodle dishes like mushroom ramen (maitake, tofu, angry red ball, umeboshi), Logan Poser Ramen (pork jowl, hen egg, nori, cucumber) and fish (bonito, kimchi, bamboo shoots), get a soft-serve selection and a drink (draft pineapple gin ricky or housemade rhubarb soda). Not a bad way to spend Sunday Funday.
