To kick off its new Chef Dinner series, the Bristol has invited chef Mourad Lahlou, from San Francisco's Aziza, to join Chris Pandel at the restaurant next Tuesday, May 15. The two chefs will prepare a multi-course meal based on Lahlou's cookbook, Mourad: New Moroccan.
The dinner, priced at $125, will feature dishes like warm lamb's tongue with dates and ras el hanout; creamed game bird soup, voudovan spices, almond and foie gras; a collection of seasonal vegetables, charred green chick peas and yogurt; and rhubarb-cumin-glazed chicken. The night begins with a walk-around meet-and greet and book signing and all guests will receive a signed copy of the book with their tickets. Reserve a spot and review the full menu online now.
