For Sun Wah BBQ co-owner Kelly Cheng, it's all about the toppings: "I don't have a specific favorite place to have pizza. As long as it's wood-fired and thin crust, I'm up for it. I love cheese, sausage and all kinds of funghi so those are the toppings I usually pick when available. I don't like thick heavy crusts because that feels like eating bread and is too heavy. For me, pizza is about the toppings so I don't like a heavy crust." [Hot Slices]
