Half Acre Beer Co. is adding a tap room to its brewing facilities. In August, Half Acre will open a 100-person-capacity space with 10 taps in the south end of its building at 4257 N. Lincoln. It will rotate the beers through often and feature Half Acre beers unavailable elsewhere. In addition, it will invite guest brewers to offer beers they brew on site at Half Acre. Look for the tap room to be open until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. [Tribune]
