Tonight's Culinary Crossroads Dinner Menus Revealed

On Tuesday, Chicago's Culinary Crossroads promo for the NATO Summit kicked off. As part of the three-week-long dining extravaganza, 200-plus restaurants around the Chicago area are participating and it gives diners a chance to win free tickets to Chicago Gourmet.

Tonight, a number of restaurants are teaming up with chefs coming in from around the globe for a series of special dinners and, whether you have already booked a table or need a little enticement, the menus for the dinners at Piccolo Sogno, Henri/The Gage, Signature Room at the 95th, Rhapsody and Phil Stefani's 437 Rush have been revealed.

Whether you're in the mood for a seared breast of quail confit leg lollipop, ricotta gnudi with sauteed Northern woods mushrooms, veal chop Milanese, baked halibut with petit pois puree, beets and cauliflower or a traditional Latvian honey cake, there's a lot on these menus to make your mouth water.
