Clint Rogers, the talented mixologist who created the spirits program at Henri and The Gage, has parted ways with the Michigan Avenue restaurants. Rogers, who served as the spirits director, left on amicable terms and will be pursuing new opportunities. At press time, Rogers was unavailable to discuss his next move.
However, before he left, he recommended Thomas Mooneyham for the position to owners Billy and Catherine Lawless. Mooneyham, who has worked at Red Light, Duchamp and Graham Elliot, was hired on as bartender for both restaurants and recently started in that position.
