This year, in addition to the stationary food vendors, Taste of Chicago will feature 15 pop-up restaurants. For the first time, the Taste will feature one-day-only pop-ups, with three on each of the five days. TV show Check, Please!'s producers worked with the city to select the restaurants, which include Arun's, Jin Ju, Marie's Pizza, Cafe Trinidad, Inspiration Kitchen, LM Restaurant, Riva, Tre Kronor and more.
