Chefs Weigh In: Food Fests

Grant Achatz is one of the five chefs queried on what he likes and dislikes, the problems with some charity fests and more. Achatz answers pretty candidly when talking about chefs not getting a fare shake when invited to cook at a non-profit food event, when certain events charge a lot to attend and creating opportunities out of some invitations.
