Help the Bedford Celebrate its 1st Anniversary Thursday

The Bedford is turning one this week and the Wicker Park restaurant is throwing itself a party—and you're invited. Chef Mark Steuer has invited a few of his chef buddies—John Manion (La Sirena Clandestina), Matt Troost (Three Aces) and Mindy Segal (Hot Chocolate)—to help prepare a $50 three-course menu this Thursday night where during each course you get to choose a dish from Steuer or one of the other chefs.

In addition to the chefs, a number of surprise guests will be mixing up special cocktails behind the bar while a Freixenet Cava bubbly bar will also be doling out drinks. If you stick around, DJ Chris Cormier of The Sleepers will hit the decks at 9:30. Even better, they're giving away two dinners. Want to know how to win a free dinner for you and a guest?

If you want a chance at winning dinner for Thursday night's celebration, just send out a tweet. It's pretty easy. All you need to do is tweet a word, any word, and the funniest one that gives them a chuckle will win. Just do it by tomorrow at noon and tweet out the following with your own word:
