While Frog N Snail opened a few weeks ago, not everything was in place. Chef/owner Dale Levitski intentionally planned to roll things out, so he started with lunch and then added dinner about a week later just to make sure things ran smoothly.
The cafe concept came after where Frog is serving La Colombe coffee, decadent crepes, pastries and sandwiches. And now you can wash it all down with a stiff drink as the restaurant secured its liquor license. Levitski said they'll be stocking the bar tomorrow and then, with the warm weather, you can enjoy everything on the sidewalk patio, which should get set up any day now. He also mentioned he'll be rolling out brunch in the next few weeks. Because, you know, you can't have everything at once. Hit the website for all the menus.
