Premise Opening Next Week; Filini Cocktail Classes; More

ANDERSONVILLE—The makeover at In Fine Spirits is nearing completion and Premise is set to open to the public on April 11 for dinner service with chef Brian Runge starting at 5 p.m. Reserve now. [EaterWire]

LAKESHORE EASTFilini will start offering complimentary cocktail classes on May 8 (two per evening every other Tuesday), but space is limited to 20 people and reservations are required. Eric Hay, beverage development manager for Wirtz Beverage Group, will lead the classes, each of which will focus on one cocktail. [EaterWire]
