Birrieria Zaragoza Dos Opening

New, 2 comments

Birrieria-Zaragoza-150.jpgIf you love Birrieria Zaragoza, you're about to get a lot more of it. The South Side Mexican restaurant known for its birria tatemada (roasted goat in ancho mole served with handmade tortillas) is gearing up to open a second location ... in Melrose Park (2211 W. Lake St). Sorry North Siders, but owner Juan Zaragoza did research and found half the population out there is Mexican, many hailing from Jalisco where birria comes from. So why not go where you have a built-in audience? [Reader]
