Eater gathered some of Chicago’s most celebrated chefs at Nellcôte on Tuesday night for a two-hour private tasting event for 75 lucky guests. Attendees indulged in small bites from Sarah Grueneberg (Spiaggia), Paul Virant (Perennial Virant and Vie), Zoe Schor (Ada Street), Jared Van Camp (Nellcôte), Merlin Verrier (Graham Elliot), Mindy Segal (Hot Chocolate), and Bill Kim (of Urbanbelly, who debuted his chilled soba noodles with basil and marinated eggplant, which will appear on his menu of the forthcoming BellyQ). The good folks at Nellcôte were also on hand to shake up specialty cocktails. The photos don't lie; it was a very good time. Thanks to all of the chefs and to our gracious hosts.
