It looks like the community really didn't want sinful margaritas. After numerous meetings with neighbors and the city's zoning board, Cesar Castellanos, who owns two locations of Cesar's (home of the "killer margaritas) in Lakeview, has killed plans to open a third spot in the former Dairy Queen on Damen in Bucktown. Castellanos said he had been denied a second-level patio permit and decided to nix the project. [Chicago Pipeline]
