Scott Walton Now Taking Sausage Orders at Markethouse

New, 2 comments

If you're looking for high-quality housemade sausages and charcuterie for an upcoming party of barbecue (or just Tuesday night dinner), Markethouse chef Scott Walton kicks a new program into gear today. Walton has crafted a menu of various sausages (pork, lamb, chicken, veal) that can be made in different styles (garlic, chorizo, Italian, etc) with more than a dozen different ingredients that you can add in.

Additionally, Walton's menu features country-style pate, bacon, pork belly and housemade mustards (violet, dijon, apple cider). So how does it work for you? You need to email the restaurant with at least 48 hours advance notice and then just go pick up the goods. Pretty simple. Need more incentive? The restaurant supports local farms including Slagel, Gunthorp, Maple Leaf and La Quercia. Want to see the menu? Just look below.
