rouben-biggers-150.jpgGoose Island brewpub brewmaster Jared Rouben is currently collaborating on a new beer with Sofitel executive chef Greg Biggers. The pair are making a yellow watermelon hefeweizen that Rouben describes as "refreshing and delicious [with] layers of flavor and approachable complexity."
