Goose Island brewpub brewmaster Jared Rouben is currently collaborating on a new beer with Sofitel executive chef Greg Biggers. The pair are making a yellow watermelon hefeweizen that Rouben describes as "refreshing and delicious [with] layers of flavor and approachable complexity." The beer will be available at Goose Island brewpub and the Sofitel for $7 a pint starting Memorial Day weekend. [EaterWire]
