Rick Tramonto's Restaurant R'evolution Finally Opening

The blog chronicling the buildout of Restaurant R'evolution went up in December of 2010 and it looks like Rick Tramonto's first post-Chicago spot is finally set to open.

The New Orleans-based cajun and creole restaurant, which Tramonto is opening with chef John Folse, will debut inside the French Quarter's Royal Sonesta Hotel on June 4. But then Tramonto is planning to return to Chicago as the former Tru chef has said that when Restaurant R'evolution opens that he's planning to open another restaurant again here. Who said they want a revolution?
