Shutter Report

Cafe-103.jpgAccording to Scott Smith, Chicago magazine's director of digital strategy and resident Beverly neighborhood watchdog, Cafe 103 has closed. A note on the website confirms the news and says to check back about future endeavors. And an Eater reader dropped a note to the tipline that a new sushi restaurant is going into the Kin Japanese Cuisine spot at 933 N. Ashland. A call to the restaurant has the number redirecting to their Noble Square location, which had a fire back in September; that voicemail is currently not accepting messages. [EaterWire]
