Hit Dose Market Sunday for Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Antique Taco, More

Say hello to spring this weekend at Dose Market with an assortment of seasonal eats. Fill your bellies and pantries on Sunday at the River East Art Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and enjoy an eclectic mix of food and fashion.

Get it started right with a shot of espresso and bag of beans to take home from Metropolis Coffee, then get your fruits and vegetables fix with juices and smoothies from Peeled. If you need something a little stronger, Nellcôte will be dishing out complimentary cocktails.

Honey Butter Fried Chicken returns for another helping of its finger-licking chicken while veggie lovers can indulge in Mana Food Bar’s sliders and salads and Real Kitchen’s vegetarian treats. Antique Taco will be on hand with carnitas tacos and cucumber agua frescas for a first taste of their soon-to-be-open restaurant in Wicker Park.

Carnivores can go all in with Crumb + Coop Hot Sauce’s smoked porchetta sandwiches, charcuterie from Smoking Goose and sausages from Franks ‘n’ Dawgs.

Don’t forget about the pantry—keep it stocked with teas from Kishr and SenTEAmental, pickles from Scrumptious Pantry and South African snacks from Good Hope Rusks. Satiate the sweet tooth with cakes from ByM Desserts, maple-pecan pie pops from Cheap Tart and sweets from Chocolate Twist. Then check out the seasonal selections from Mama’s Nuts and Mess Hall & Co.

If this sounds like your idea of a good time, purchase tickets online now or at the door for $10.
