Some wine lists just stand out above others. Eater's new wine editor, Talia Baiocchi, just published a list of 10 hot wine lists at restaurants in America and Urban Union and Nellcôte both got the nod. For Michael Shrader's Urban Union, Baiocchi likes its 30-plus glass pours, ranging from $5 to $18, while she digs Nellcôte wine director Jason Wagner's "unusually large collection of wines from Greece, Sicily and the Canary Islands."
