When Bistro 110 closed, chef Dominique Tougne didn't wallow in its demise. Instead he started working on his own bistro. Chicago reports that Tougne has taken over the Cafe Bernard space, which closed recently for renovations. Tougne will open Chez Moi in early May and will focus on somewhat non-traditional French bistro dishes like matelote d’anguilles (eel stew) and pig's feet served with foie gras. [Dish]
