Is Chicago's gay scene heading north? What has been centered in the Boystown section of Lakeview for many years may now be migrating much farther north to Rogers Park. For a while, many new gay bars and restaurants have opened in Andersonville, but now a number of new spots, like Sidecar, The Glenwood and Morsel, recently opened in the Glenwood Arts District. In addition, the second annual Pride North fest will take place during Gay Pride Weekend; last year organizers expected 700 people, but more than 5,000 showed up. [Red Eye]
