It was just over a month ago that you got a sneak peek into Dale Levitski's new restaurant with its natural woods and stone, custom-made wood back bar, exposed Edison pendants and more. And now Frog N Snail is getting ready to open Friday for lunch and it's looking quite beautiful.
Swing by Friday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for a La Colombe coffee, a ratatouille-inspired green tomato burger with aioli or other various salads and sandwiches. If you want dinner, you'll have to wait until next week; Levitski wants to get things rolling before introducing dinner service on Wednesday, April 4. (Rumor is the chicken kiev will be the sleeper hit). But in the meantime, get excited for the latest restaurant to open in East Lakeview by checking at the gallery.
