Jackie Shen has been named the executive chef at the forthcoming Argent restaurant at the Dana Hotel. Glad to see Shen back in a high-profile spot after departing Chicago Cut Steakhouse last month. Argent, which will also have a raw bar component, is on track to open May 1. [@pennypollack]
